Darrin T. Ledford - His passion for design and print has led the forward thinking and growth of the company.  He believes in the latest technology while holding onto a firm foundation in customer relations. Darrin believes in a hands-on system of quality and service.

Darrin's passion for serving his community led to his election in 2017 as the District 4 Representative to the Chattanooga City Council. He is the Chairman of the Planning + Zoning Committee for the council and also serves as a Planning Commissioner for Hamilton County/City of Chattanooga.  
Lauren A. Ziegler - Heading up the office and production team, Lauren has been with the company since day one. Her fantastic skills in graphic design and loyal following of clients led to the creation of 
TinyRedElephant.com.

Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nephew Zachary (6) and can be seen chauffeuring him around town.........a lot.
Kelly Z. Ledford - Sister of Lauren, married to Darrin and mother to Zachary.  Kelly brings her love of research to the table. She heads up our special projects team by finding the best solution to unique printing situations. 

Kelly's former career in medical sales shines through with her diligence to details with a touch of creativity.....must run in the family?
Will Sawyer - Will oversees the finishing and post-production department. He loves working with our Roland and can be seen daily with his earbuds in concentrating on making sure every product is right....at least that's what he says the earbuds are for?

Will is a student of world history and often the center of major world political discussions.
